Someone's about to turn three years old in our house! We had a little birthday party to celebrate . . . Here's Emily beforehand unwrapping hershey kisses to top the cupcakes with.
We had lots of party games, like drawing sea creatures with stencils.
Pin the Tail on the Donkey. No peeking!
Making swords and hats with balloons.
And playing outside in the freezing, windy cold. Actually Emily wanted to have the party at our neighborhood playground, but it turned out to be too cold, so we brought it back to our house instead. She loved it when we started singing to her. Her little face was preciously priceless. And, she blew out two candles on the first blow and the last candle on the second blow. :)
Here are all the short party-goers. Thank you for celebrating with Emily!
We love you, Emily. You are a very sweet, determined, smart little girl who will ham it up if your mood suits you. We love to hear you sing and make up your own songs. You make us laugh and remind us to stop for some snuggles everyday. Happy Birthday, our little Christmas Eve Baby!
