Getting Chunky

We've put both kids on the scale in the last week, and the stats are in . . . Ashley weighs about 25 pounds and Vinny weighs about 12 pounds. He weighs half as much as she does already?! Better watch out, Big Sis! Vinny is getting more and more generous with his smiles & coos, especially with faces he knows. It's very sweet when he's looking at you and "talking" with you. And, of course, we occasionally have to record unhappy faces:

And, this is an excited (?) face when he was watching the lights & hanging toys in the bouncy seat (with music, of course):And, finally, here's Ashley's long hair in braids, which she leaves in for approximately 3 minutes each time we try to do something with her hair. "No baids," she says and yanks the rubber bands out. I guess she will always be a free spirit -- long, untamed hair, no socks, no shoes. :)
